If you are not fully satisfied with your film after delivery, you may request a revision by contacting our support team at support@storyframestudios.com. Please note that our Terms of Service apply to all revision requests, including the definition of what qualifies as a revision.

• Revision requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery
• You may provide specific feedback to help us improve the film
• Our team will create an updated version based on your input
• Every order includes one free revision round as standard

If you are still not satisfied after receiving the revised version, you are eligible to request a full refund of the original purchase price.

To qualify for a refund:

• A revision must have been requested and completed first
• The request must be submitted to our support team via email
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

• Add-ons such as Express Delivery, Extra Revisions, Custom Song, and Extended Cut are non-refundable once the relevant service has been initiated
• Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior contact may delay or void eligibility for refunds
