Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Story Frame Studios may accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is only confirmed once we provide acceptance.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is finalized. Please review your details carefully prior to submitting, as cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. If we modify, decline, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address provided.

All purchases are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless explicitly stated, prices do not include taxes or additional fees.

From time to time, separate promotional terms may apply. In case of conflict, promotional terms take precedence.

You agree to provide accurate and current payment details and to promptly update them if necessary. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you will cover all charges, including applicable fees and taxes.

Digital products are delivered by providing an access link through our Services and/or via email notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct and capable of receiving messages.

Delivery is considered complete once the access link has been made available, regardless of whether you open the email or access the file. After delivery, responsibility for retrieving and storing the product rests with you.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific purchase. Remedies may include re-delivery or refund at our discretion.

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, sales are generally final once production has begun or delivery has occurred.

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly to support@storyframestudios.com and are subject to approval at our discretion.

Refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original payment method. Add-ons and priority services are typically non-refundable once purchased.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@storyframestudios.com before initiating a chargeback so we can assist in resolving the matter.

Every order includes one free revision round as standard. Additional revision rounds may be purchased as an add-on at the time of ordering or after delivery.

A revision is defined as a small detail change to the delivered film — such as a minor adjustment to a scene, a correction to a text overlay, a change to the closing message, or a similar minor modification. A revision is not a redesign, restructuring, or significant alteration of the film.

Please note that character designs are final and cannot be altered or revised under any circumstances. Any request relating to changes in character appearance, likeness, or design does not qualify as a revision and will not be processed as such.

Revision requests must be submitted to support@storyframestudios.com within a reasonable time after delivery. We reserve the right to determine whether a request qualifies as a revision under these terms.
